the dummy kits have been modified to neuter the selector assembly to prevent any auto functioning of the rifle. The sear release has been modified and tig welded to the base unit along with the selector shaft. this permanently locks the unit from any movement insuring rock sold installation.

Gunsmithing Services:
Modify M14 Gas Cylinder to National Match Specs via the screw and glue method. Cost is $72.50 plus $13.95 +$5.50 insurance ($91.95) including USPS Priority shipping with tracking and $300 Insurance.
We will: Annealing The Spindle Valve, front band, and tangs, ream out both holes 020 oversize. Drill and tap the Spindle Valve. Drill and countersink the gas cylinder flat and the Front Band. Bend the front band upper hand guard tangs up to the correct angle, checked with a New hand guard for positive fit. Re-parkerize the front band with original dark black mil spec parkerizing solution. Apply epoxy and screw together the gas cylinder and front band with Staked" 6-32 Blackened Stainless Screws. Function test the completed assembly on a brand new SAK National Match Barrel. Check the Gas Hole Alignment and fit test piston to the bore. This is done with a and unused tin coated Sadlak National Match gas piston. We highly recommend their piston. In addition, we will completely clean out the gas cylinder bore and re-inspect all tolerances.

We will ream flash hider to .406, chanfer the chines, crown the mouth of the flash hider, blast ad re-park. Note: all modifications done in accordance with NM 9352718 drawing dated 82-06-07 all revisions.

Modification of M14 / M1 Trigger Assembly to National Match Specs. Cost is $72.50 plus $14.95 + $6.00 insurance ($93.45 )including USPS Priority shipping with tracking and $400 Insurance . We do these using the original method, without cutting into the surface hardness. Combined with polishing rather than grinding, our trigger jobs last longer than modern methods..
We will Bead blast, polish and re-park complete assembly and adjust trigger pull between 4.5 lbs and 5.0 lbs + or - 5 oz. A new and correct mag latch pin will be installed at no extra charge. A USGI "Old Style" M1 Garand Spring Plunger may be added at the customer's option for an additional $25.00
The use of the above winged plunger was preferred by AMU Armorers. We use only Brand New USGI Springs from WWII.
